
The Executive Chef , with his wife opened Fromage Steaks and Subs In Lake Alfred Florida in 2008. Due to the need for expansion of the restaurant and the menu, in 2013 they moved their restaurant to a larger location in Winter Haven Florida and “FIRE” was born.
With a much larger restaurant, full dinner menu, and a full liquor bar, Fire serves lunch and dinner 7 days a week.
Fire’s lunch menu includes allot of the most popular dishes from Fromage plus some wonderful additions. The dinner menu includes hand-cut Angus steaks, fresh seafood, pasta dishes, burgers, wings and some of the areas most wonderful appetizers and desserts.
Chef began a career as a Chef for Walt Disney World in 1992. He was given the opportunity to work in many different styles of service and ultimately found his calling at some of the company’s top fine dining restaurants.
Wifes background in restaurants dates back to her youth working in many different restaurants and ultimately graduating from Penn State University with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management
Most everything is made in house, all the dressings, sauces, handcut french fries…. when we say fresh food, just right, we mean it-
