Six/Ten seeks to create value by developing properties and companies in concert with the Winter Haven community. We will continue to transform downtown Winter Haven by fostering high-paying jobs, developing profitable commercial properties, promoting the construction of unique residential options, and creating attractive urban spaces in which to play and work. We will leverage our experience with investments in technology companies into highly profitable exit strategies. Six/Ten combines intelligent investors interested in local ownership with hard assets that are transparently managed.
Our mission is to positively transform our community, while preserving its authentic character and protecting our beautiful natural resources. Fifty freshwater lakes surround us, with over 90 miles of shoreline within our city limits.
We are owned 100% by investors who have a personal connection with Winter Haven.
